Return and Refund Policy

Our focus is to ensure you're happy with your gear from Live It Cycling. That is why we off a full refund of the purchased product with NO questions asked (shipping not included).

Before returning an item, you must acquire an RA# by emailing cpitt@liveitcycling. ca. Please provide the original order number and item/items being returned.

Our Return Policy Terms:

• Terms of return: 30 Days from date of purchase
• State of return: Must be unworn with tags attached in original packaging
• Process of refund: Once an RA# has been obtained, item/items maybe returned (buyer is responsible for shipping fees). Once items have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment (debit or credit card).
